Offshored Sales Associate

People hired for this position will be responsible for the development of national, state and local sporting bodies, coaches and athletes. They will work closely with the BDO, CEO and COO to execute business development strategies to achieve the expected results and KPI’s.



This role is responsible for;

  • Providing input into the development and implementation of effective sales strategies
  • Work with Business Development Officer to define target segmentation
  • Execute on outbound phone strategies to defined target segments to communicate who we are, why we do what we do and why they should book a meeting with one of our business development managers in Australia
  • Provide input into monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for the COO and CEO
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Develop, manage and maintain lead funnels across target markets in appropriate systems
  • Additional sales administrative tasks as required



For a candidate to be successful in this role they need to possess the following;

  • Minimum 2 years working experience as a sales associate, business development manager or similar outbound sales role
  • Experience in outbound sales to Australia would be highly beneficial
  • Demonstrable experience executing sales strategies 
  • Hands on experience with CRM software such as HubSpot
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills
  • Analytical and data-driven problem solver
