The recommendations outlined in the readiness check report will likely contain changes to your processes and/or systems to support an offshored, co-located operation.

The objectives of this phase are to;

  • Define and implement any process changes the business agrees are desirable and/or critical to the success of the offshoring initiative
  • Communicate and manage progress throughout the process including weekly reviews and project updates
  • Updated Risk Management matrix are risk items are managed and their risk criteria shifts

This phase can be completed in parallel to supplier setup and recruitment so long as risks are understood and communicated clearly to all stakeholders.
